How comes the box is so small?
Don't panic! We vacuum-seal our giant bears to keep shipping costs low and eco-friendly. Just cut open the bag, shake the bear vigorously, and let it fluff up for 24-48 hours.
Are the inflatables weather-resistant?
Yes! Our outdoor inflatables are made from durable, water-resistant polyester designed to withstand winter snow and light rain.
How do I wash the giant bear?
Most of our giant bears feature a zipper on the back. You can remove the stuffing, wash the cover in your washing machine on a gentle cycle, and then re-stuff it.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition. Please contact our support team to start a return.
