Thank you for choosing sranwow. We are committed to delivering our plushies to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We only ship within the **United States**. Shipping is completely free for all domestic orders.

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your "hug" every step of the way!

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we ship from within the United States for our domestic customers, there are typically no customs duties. All prices shown are exclusive of applicable state taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@sranwow.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your plushie.
