The "Big Fluff" Technique After unboxing, your bear might be a bit flat from its long journey. Shake it vigorously and massage the stuffing with your hands to help it expand. It may take 24-48 hours to fully puff up!

Surface Wash Only Never put a giant bear in the washing machine (it won't fit, and it hurts the fluff!). For small stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and gently dab the fur. Let it air dry completely.

Brush the Fur To keep the fur soft and untangled, you can gently brush it with a soft-bristle brush (or a clean pet brush). This keeps them looking brand new.
Give it a big hug every day! The more you hug it, the softer it feels.

Secure It Well Always use the included stakes and tethers. Keep the air intake (usually at the bottom) clear of snow, leaves, or debris to prevent the motor from overheating.

Storm Protocol Our inflatables are tough, but not invincible. If winds exceed 20 mph or during heavy snowstorms, please unplug and deflate your decoration to prevent fabric tears.

Dry Before Storing This is critical! Before packing it away for next year, wipe it clean and let it dry completely. Storing it wet can cause mold and mildew.
Check the zipper! Make sure the bottom zipper is fully closed for best inflation.

My bear has a small tear!
Don't panic! Our bears are sewn with love, but accidents happen. A simple needle and thread using a "ladder stitch" can make the boo-boo disappear instantly. No special skills required.

My inflatable isn't lighting up?
First, check the outlet. Then, check the fuse inside the plug (most of our plugs have a tiny spare fuse compartment). 90% of the time, it's just a blown fuse that costs cents to replace.
Small hole in the inflatable?
Clear packing tape or a vinyl patch kit works wonders. The air blower is strong enough to keep it inflated even with tiny pinholes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my bear wrinkly?
Because it was vacuum-sealed for safe shipping! The wrinkles will fade naturally over a few days. You can also use a garment steamer (from a distance) to gently relax the fabric.
Can I add more stuffing to the bear?
Yes! Most of our bears have a zipper on the back (hidden under the fur). If you want him extra chubby, you can add more polyester fiberfill anytime.
Is the inflatable fan waterproof?
Yes, the fan unit is IP44 water-resistant and designed for outdoor use. However, we recommend not letting it sit in standing water (puddles) for long periods.
